I’d be so selfish if I didn’t share this information to assist someone out there

This app has everything you will ever need. It has grown into the everything app from trading, market insights but if you have been swindled you can reach out to cryptorecovery360 @ gmail-com to restore back your lost or stolen BTC... their support service is the best I have ever seen! Whenever I needed support they got back to me within 5-15mins. and on a rare occasion when they were really busy they got back within 30 mins.
And according to the scripture that says whoever appreciates a thing with thanks giving, they definitely deserve more. Hence I appreciate cryptorecovery360 @ gmail-com for the job well done!

Not bad but needs improvements

I’ve been using moonpay for awhile and while it’s simple and easy to use the fees get quite expensive as well as the initial buy in. I also note that when it comes to customer service it only refers us to the bots to chat so in the event where there is no clear information or how to proceed forward I got to chat with a bot instead of a person. I would love to rate it higher and continuously use it but with its few errors and less than agreeable accomdation for the future problems that I have to face I consider it to be inconsistent and inconvenient.

SCAMMING

When you type in “Remove payment method in moonpay” in google, the first result that pops up in the search results is a “sponsored site” done to look very formal and professionally done made to look like moonpay’s website …except if you click on that site, that website address is not moonpay dot com. I went as far as calling the number on that site and the person on the other end had an Indian accent. Thinking nothing of this, I proceeded to the point where I was instructed to launch my AppStore and search for an app called “ConnectWise Control”. Right then and there I hung up the phone realizing what he was trying to do - to gain access to my screen and grab the screen with my seed phrase to my wallet. At the end of the day, MoonPay has easy on-ramp, but I couldn’t transfer out by crypto from this MoonPay app and had to use an external app to import my seed phrase to recover my crypto. Guys. Beware and stay educated.
