Ratings and Reviews
User friendly
This app is very easy to use and brings many great features such as identifying charging stations, seeing real-time if they are occupied, typical busy times for the site and auto-reload of the wallet.
Small print
The app seems to work well. The only complaint I have is that the print is quite small. It’s not as if I’m wearing my reading glasses while driving, so I end up standing by the charger trying to squint at my phone, matching up numbers.
Updated app simply doesn’t work
Downloaded new app to iPhone 15, set new password, opened app. Everything I touched turned into an explanatory balloon; no functioning top nav for account or functions, including logout. Deleted app, reloaded, same non-functioning mess. BC Hydro should demand a refund from the developer.
