Terrible support. My order didn’t get delivered to me. Support said “Once the order has been completed, you cannot be able to see the courier 's contacts on the app. Always remember to follow up on the delivery process so as to know when your order arrives. Have a lovely afternoon.”
And ended the chat. They offered no solutions.

the service is unreliable and the support service is non existent. orders are cancelled for no reason and yet a charge is still applied.
