CardWise Mobile 17+

Balance is shown in USD… but limit is in CAD. That’s an accident waiting to happen. Clunky and annoying to use. Doesn’t update nearly as fast as my other CC apps. I can only imagine that this awful service is my bank trying to save money. I can’t wait to cancel my card and be free of this awful app. Only thing less user friendly is CardWise’s web app.

I have tried many times over the last 2 months to register for Cardwise, both on the website and on the mobile app. I can never get past the security token part of the registration because I never receive a token no matter how many times I request one - NEVER! Not even hours or days later - NEVER has a security token from Cardwise arrived in my inbox or my junk box. I have called support twice and I have concerns about the security of this app if they cannot tell me why I can’t receive the security token. The fact that this is being pushed down our throats as the only option to view our cards online is appalling. As much as I used to like my Collabria credit cards I am about to cancel them and go with one of the Big Banks that I also deal with. The frustration of having to do this is minimal compared to the frustration of the last 2 months!

I saw all the negative reviews so I waited until the last date I could to download this app. My card issuer closed their previous app today.

My experience -> Went to connect my cards and only half the cards could connect to the app - get an error message saying “your card provider doesn’t work with us.” My card provider is the same for all cards. Now I can’t log into the old app, can’t connect all my cards in the new app.

Seems like this app really needed more testing before being released. Stay away if you can.
