Awful
This app is the worst. It’s supposed to be an easy way to get coffee on the train but asks for email verification, phone number verification and the code is never sent. Useless and a waste of time.
Not good
This app sucks, it makes you verify email and phone number, as an international customer I can’t get the code to my phone number so how am I suppose to get coffee or water ? Please fix this as I will never use the train again because this is very frustrating and to not be able to get water is crazy !
Useless
First, the QR code in the train led to a non-secure web page and I needed to bypass the Safari warning to reach to the page. Then I tried to register, it asked for both email and phone number. I managed to verify my email, but guess what? It wanted to verify my phone number (for a cup of coffee???) and tried to send me a pin. I was traveling abroad and I had a data-only esim, so I couldn’t receive a pin!!! They really need to revise their policies for international travelers!!!
