Thanks for this!

After less than one month of doing this consistently I got a notification from HealthKit that my average resting heart rate decreased from 76 to 67bpm. I am mind blown 🤯

Got me into cold showers again

Superb app! Thanks for helping me get back to cold showers.

Hated timing myself because I’d count too fast.
Bringing my phone into shower and using the clock kind of worked for me but this app is so much better.

Missing features:
- let me skip days where I don’t shower at all without losing my steak
- let me click on a date to see how long my cold shower was that day.
