I’m fairly new to this app and I’ve only placed a handful of orders. I placed an order from a store that ended up being closed. I never received my order. The driver wouldn’t cancel so I could get my refund. For three and four drivers later the app would tell me someone was picking up my order. The last driver I begged him to cancel it, but I think it just timed out. I spent a better portion of that three hours trying to get help with no avail. They had my money I didn’t get my order and no one would help me for 3 hours. In what world is that OK?

I should mention that that happened one time before I didn’t get my order and it just kept telling me it was coming.

The drivers tell me that if they cancel the order, even though the store is closed, they’re penalized for that. Great employer DiDi🤨

Did another order for a convenience store the driver brought me the wrong order he told me it wasn’t his problem. I had paid for more than what I received. He wanted me to give him the code for an incorrect order when I refused initially. When I gave him the code. He ended up cancelling my order and I didn’t get my money back. Do Not use your credit card with this company! I repeat do not use your credit card! Because then you have to chase them to get your money back and like me you might not get it.

Getting help on their app is an exercise in frustration, designed that way I am sure. I reached out to the customer service on Facebook and they were absolutely no help. This service is a big fail to the customers they make money from. DiDi you owe me money😡

I accidentally made an order to pay with cash. I cancelled it within 30 seconds but the store never responded. Tried to call and text the store to try to cancel the order. I texted the DD driver and called the DD driver to try and tell him not to pick it up. Still tried to deliver. was not able to contact a customer support agent or start messages with DD itself.
