Good app, can be better but…

Not bad but could be better if they really want to make it better. However, there’s no feedback option on the app. Nothing is ever perfect and everything can be improved but if you don’t want to hear from the users of your app, how do you know what is not working for them? Isn’t this app for them? Edit: I wrote 👆🏽 a few months ago, sigh that these developers were paid to ship a product not paid to ship a product that works for the customer, comments and reviews here are ignored instead of being used to improve the app.

Great App

I think that the app is great, but I do have a suggestion and I don’t know if you can do it, but when a person signs into their FreshCo app, is there a way for them to see their receipts online and see what they have for points, if they got the points, etc. There are times when I want to see how many points and the transactions I have done. As sometimes I shred the receipt after I had looked at it, but then want to look at it again.

Constantly signs me out and won’t accept saved password to sign in.

This app is completely frustrating. Every time I want to use it I find that I have been automatically signed out which wouldn’t be a problem if it would sign me in with my saved password. When I try to sign in again, it will accept my password, ask for the captcha verification, and then say my password is invalid even though I know it is correct. If I deliberately put in the wrong password, it does not go to the captcha prompt. I have changed passwords more times than I care to remember and this will work once or twice but soon enough, it will stop accepting the new password. I’m ready to give up with Freshco!
