C’est une ressources très accessible qui permet de savoir si les ingrédients sont avec ou sans gluten et s’ils doivent être surveillés. Lorsque c’est à surveiller, ça explique pourquoi brièvement. Il y a même des images pour les ingrédients!

Not great
So the app seems to be just a list of ingredients that might have gluten. Maybe I should have read the description closer. I thought this would be a food database. Who cares if an ingredient has gluten or not? if the product is made in a factory where they process gluten, than the product is still unsafe. Knowing that the constituent parts of the product are gluten free is meaningless.
