Why even bother ordering??
I placed an order YESTERDAY for pick up today but they didn’t start making until I arrived. What’s the point of this app if the stores aren’t even processing the orders???
Jollibee Ajax
I ordered via online and when I arrived to the store I still have to wait 40 more minutes.
I tried to purchase some food while waiting and was told that it will be a 30-40 minute waiting period.
You will lose customers with the lack of efficiency. Even the drive thru customers have to wait for 30 minutes minimum.
One thing I must say is the person that served us (cashier) was fast and was doing everything she could to meet the standards.
This is fast food at its best!
Super late delivery
I ordered from this app and i live like 5-7 mins away from the store but the delivery time estimated was 1 and half hr. This is sucks! I cant wait my order anymore, my husband is going to work already and im expecting for my order to arrive within atleast 30mins. (Cant go pick it up bc i just delivered my baby) and supposed to be our lunch too🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
