Dealing with Customer Service
Recently I ordered a dress that did not fit. I have ordered many dresses in the past with the sizing guidlines LTB provides. First time the fit was way to snug. I should say TiGHT! I started a coversation with Luis from the Customer Serivce Desk. It was truely awesome dealing with him. He gathered the appropriate information. Took more than one email! My fault and I was truly statisfied with the outcome. Thank you! Give that man a raise or bonus!!!
No quality Service
I ordered 2 hats in the spring of 2020. I don’t order online merchandise often because of this. They charged me for the merchandise & I still have not received anything from them Customer service has not helped me to find my order either.
Light in the box is very poor in Customer service as well.
They are very good at ripping you off.

Never use it
I did order bigger size than my usual and still not fitting and off course you get charge twice for delivery!
Also there is no support or customer service.
I would not recommend this app or service as it’s fake products.
