Login problems
The app originally worked when I first downloaded it but once I needed to reset my password the app wouldn’t allow me to do so and now I cannot log in. It keeps sending me to an ordering screen. Fix this!
Odd limitation
First time using the app. Wanted to order a veggie sub on the app but it only lets you select 6 toppings. Never mind that a veggie sub should allow all the toppings but ANY sub should show all the toppings. What a cheap n short sighted way to lose a sale.
Not good at all
The app works as long as you know beforehand what you want to order. I kept hitting see full menu and it would take me to order screen. If customers can’t see what you are offering it is really hard to order and customers will order from other companies. I really like Mr. Sub but am disappointed with the poor app.
