“Great concept, Needs more Listings”

“I adore olio’s idea of sharing extra food! Simple to use and facilitate neighbor connection. My only complaint is that there aren’t many listings in my area. This app would be ideal with more users and listings.”

Waste of time

The idea sounded very good who doesn't like to save waste and get free stuff at the same time? Here's what I didn't like about it: it asks you to pay to use most of its features, I downloaded out to get free stuff not to pay for another monthly subscription. So I used the unpaid option, and I couldn't see any posts to judge what I signed up for. I should mention also that the app takes itself too seriously you have to agree to a pledge to be allowed to sign up for the mandatory account. Then you have to verify your email and phone number. I'm going to delete it and's I think all of this effort was for me to give the developers some personal information they can sell to advertising companies.

No activity in this entire region

There should be a way to check for any local activity level BEFORE signing up for an account.

It’s irksome to spend time signing up and searching around, only to find out something that your data absolutely must know.

I understand that you’re trying to build momentum, so you want people to think that it’s already popular everywhere before they sign up, but disappointing or annoying users is disrespectful of users’ time and their ability to exercise their informed consent about which apps to give rheir info to.

The concept is great, but this experience has been sub-par.
