It transferred all my apps except minecraft for some reason, and it took a long time to transfer

I love this app so much and it works so well for me, especially when I was switching to my a54. Keep up the good work Samsung 💕💕💕💕😍

Good but can be improved

Transferring data wirelessly from an iPhone to Samsung I had to delete the app and reinstall to select other files in order to transfer them. Initially I only selected a few pictures and videos to start but then I couldn’t go back into iPhone to select other photos in case the app crashed

Transferring from iCloud was better though

We are checking your inquiry internally.
In the case of photos, when connected to the Galaxy, wired and wireless are supported in all ways, and they are moving normally when checking inside.

Maybe you have turned off some of the permissions of the Smart Switch app on your iPhone?
Please check the permissions in Settings > Smart Switch. All permissions (especially Photo) must be granted to enable normal operation.
