Very Good, Nearly Perfect
I’m a long time total war player. I have hundreds of hours invested into the historical total wars on PC but never got into the fantasy editions that were released.
This is a great port of Empire! Playing on an M2 iPad Pro I have had only one crash. My only critique would be the controls. I have been left yelling at the iPad a few times trying to drag and drop/rotate/deselect units during battles. It can be a little cumbersome but to be honest I’m not sure it could be done any better! Converting controls this complex to the iPad is no easy feat. The developers have done a good job.
I recently discovered the “deselect all” button which has saved some headaches. However, I still have occasions when there are units I don’t realize I have selected that I accidentally send out of position while issuing other commands.
My advice: don’t overuse the bar along the bottom (as I have always done on PC). Controlling the units by simply tapping on them on the map, rather than their cards, seems to yield the best results.

Sensational - strategic & tactical Achievement
Wow what a game! Finally an app equivalent to the strategic depth and tactical engagement of an epic PC game. Truly a different experience than Rome or medieval. No other global game on the market! Veterans of total war series will not be disappointed. Newbies will enjoy the no add or in game purchases and constant grinding all other multi player online games require. Play at your own pace anytime (turn base) and anywhere (no wifi required). Each nation provides a unique challenge and gaming experience. Worth $100 hence 5x value and gaming experience! - you will not be disappointed! I recommend playing on an iPad to enjoy the enriched graphical details.
Graphics went down
The game is very enjoyable but after the first month the games graphics became a little bit pixelated which I find annoying. Also a tip if you guys make empire 2. Make each nations line infantry different looking since they all look the same just with different colours
