Sugargoo disappointment
Hi there, I recently just joined the sugargoo app and I can’t tell you enough how disappointed I am. Firstly you pay for the items, and afterwards you are told that you also have to pay for the international shipping fee as-well later on. Secondly, when you try to withdraw your money it literally takes some of it by the transaction fee. Like that is just messed up. You should include the shipping fee alongside the items so people know exactly what the total cost is instead of telling them after and not refunding with a full credit. It’s not like I took days to get a refund, matter of fact I proceeded with the refund straight after ordering my items yet they charged me.

Sorry to hear this. When you purchased the item, the "product total" should have been clearly displayed on your screen. Probably you missed it. Regarding the fee you mentioned, please note that when you made the payment, the payment processor charged you a fee that we cannot refund.

Really Good
Normally I would use the browser mode of sugargoo which would mean I would have to login every day to see where my parcel is, but now I don’t have to login and can actually not spend a lot of time logging in.
