Problem with bookmark

It used to save automatically, I have no problem retrieving books where I left off. BUT it’s been acting up lately, books are opened with previous bookmark, even though I re-bookmark again it still refused to open the new location. It got me wasting my time searching for my last read location.

A good reading apps, except some glitches and missing features

All essential functions are there: lists my books, shows how much I’ve read, flipping pages either with swiping or tabbing, change text size and fonts, etc. But …..
It often prompts me that I’ve opened this book from another device and asks me whether I want to catch up. In fact I never ever read the book from any other devices……
When opening this apps it automatically goes back to the page I was reading, but very often it just shows a blank page, and no matter which page I flip to, all are blank pages. I have to close the apps and launch it again. But then it loses track where I was……
It misses a bookmark feature such that I can easily go back to a frequently referenced figure or table……
That’s why I can’t give it 5 stars.

Annotation need improvement!

I’m using iPad mini, updated the app to the most updated version but still disappointed. I really hope the development team see this and improve the experience of annotation.

1. When I read my annotation, the order of my highlights change every time I re-enter the list. And the order is never right, I used the défaut order “from beginning” but the order is not really according to the order in the book. And it’s ever changing which is annoying.

2. Sometimes when I click into the note, it leads me to the page of the annotation but the highlights are gone. I have to reopen the app to find my annotation again from a different order of annotation and there to see my highlights and notes with it.

3. When I scroll through the annotations, the page suddenly becomes jumpy, twinkling a lot.

4. When I open my note to just read full note of annotations, where I did not edit anything, this action will change the edit time of the note. Which is not necessary. Can I just have the choice to read full note of annotations in annotation page, without opening the edit page??
