Incredible convenience
I don’t usually leave a comment for an e-commerce app, but net-a-porter’s experience is incredible. Delivery is by far the fastest among all platforms I’ve used - the premier delivery is particularly extraordinary. Return / exchange process is also the easiest because you can schedule the pick-up right on the app without having to make it separately through delivery agency’s platform - for premier delivery mode, you don’t even have to schedule the pick-up, the driver will schedule it for you and come over.
Not to mention the email response speed is always on point and there’s price adjustment most of the time as well. Love everything about the site. Should’ve started using it earlier!
The newest version is horrible!
The newest version of the app is terrible! The layout is worse than the previous versions which makes it more difficult to navigate. Moreover, whenever I try to refine my search results, a problem occurs : It initially shows my narrowed down searches. However, as I scroll down to view the products, the page keeps jumping back to the very top, which means I can never smoothly scroll to the bottom and finish looking at all the items until the end without it jump back to the top of the page every other 10 seconds. It’s really annoying! During the sale period, I like to use the “refined search” function to narrow down to specific designers instead of looking at thousands of items at one time. Whenever I finish browsing one item and attempt to return to the previous page, my refined search results would disappear and I would have to re-select the designers and search all over again. The previous versions would allow me to stay on my search results page and continue browsing. Moreover, I can never add something to my shopping bag from my wish list on this new version. There is always an error whenever I try. It’s so annoying that it’s horrible! The latest version of the app is taking up a whole lot more of my time shopping than it’s designed to be . Please fix it NAP!
It’s not an app which is ready for customer!
I’ve been using the previous version without any problems saving things into wishlist. However the new one been have doubled what I’ve saved while I tried to take out the duplicated ones, all my wishlist was empty!!!!
Also the interface will pop back suddenly to the top while I was browsing the products!
I hope the bugs will fixed soon!!!
