Absolutely brilliant seller. My parcel came in such good packaging and then put in a box for extra security. I’m over the moon with the way it delivered to me thank you so much I will look through your shop to buy more items because honestly this is the best packaged item iv ever received and I love the thank you sticker. They also updated me on all the tracking. I would 100% recommend this seller will certainly buy again ❤️

Recently I wanted to change the pricing of a product I had listed. They asked to provide labels for the product in the picture which I had previously done so when I uploaded it for the first time. I added the same picture twice incase they couldn’t view it for some reason. The next day I was permanently banned. They told me they believe I had uploaded a counterfeit item when I had in fact not and they had good reasons to believe I did. Not even informing me of these so called ‘good reasons. I messaged saying i’d be happy to provide more proofing but they didn’t take heed of that even. Now my account has been blocked permanently which is ridiculous honestly. They can’t tell authentic luxury products from counterfeits apart which is rubbish, how can they be expected to manage all others. Anything that looks a fraud they just ban it? Anyway I am deeply upset about this because I mainly used this app for buying albums second hand due to a boycott and I thoroughly enjoyed using this app it. But this recent mishap has ruined it for me. Utterly despicable.

Absolutely my favourite app ever. Love beaing able to shop second hand online like this. What I am very frustrated are the ridiculously expensive shipping fees. Specifically IE to FR. Now, I understand that it is overseas shipping, but you can’t go from 1,99 to 2,79 to 3,99. Within the span of 4months. That’s just ridiculous. Especially when you don’t include a function to filter international insertions, to shop more locally. I think many would really appreciate that feature. Merging markets from different countries is great to expand on the variety but it needs to be user friendly. Especially since you’re charging for “user protection “ which acts as transaction fee anyway. I enjoy the app, and I will keep using it, because there’s nothing better, but I hope to see some improvements for the app to work for people rather than profit.
