Review: Online Money Remittance Service
I recently used an online money remittance service to send funds internationally, and here’s my experience.
First of all, the process was incredibly easy. Setting up my account was straightforward, and I appreciated the intuitive interface. I was able to link my bank account or card, and the transfer process was seamless. The platform offered competitive exchange rates and reasonable fees, which made it a good value overall.
The transfer speed was another highlight. My recipient received the money within hours, which was a relief, especially since I had been worried about potential delays. I was also able to track the transaction in real time, which gave me peace of mind.
Customer support was responsive and helpful when I had a question regarding the transfer details. They offered multiple contact options, including chat, email, and phone support.
On the downside, I noticed that the service could sometimes have a bit of a verification delay for first-time transfers. It took a little longer to confirm my identity, but once that was done, everything ran smoothly after.
Overall, I found the online money remittance service to be reliable, efficient, and cost-effective. It’s a great option for anyone needing to send money abroad quickly and securely.
Absolutely love it
Tried using Western Union to transfer a certain amount but it kept saying exceeding the limit. Decided to try this next and instantly managed to get the funds into their account within an hour of sighting up. Will be using this from now on, automatically saves recipients details after money has been sent too.
Do not use this app
I loaded all the information requested by the app and the money was immediately taken from my account, since I have had tens of texts emails and even a phone call from the app asking for even more authentication- passports, drivers license etc in order to send the money they already have to the intended recipient. At this point they have my account details, my date of birth, my drivers licence, my address phone number and email, and my money. Now I am getting messages to say the process is delayed. I don’t know what the hell is happening with my money but it definitely isn’t where it’s supposed to be, and my attempts to cancel seem to have failed as well. Feels more like a scam than anything else.
