Please add Face ID or easier code access

It will always take two login attempts to get the code sent to you. It’s been like that since I started using the app. Annoying at home, infuriating at the dr’s office.

Can we please add Face ID or something so the code goes through on the first try?

Other than that it’s good at tracking my meds and getting a refill is simple once you get in.

Hope they can fix it. 🫶

This app sucks

NEVER sends me a code in email or it’s a hit and miss I will deleting my account and never using it and letting other know to do the same and not use this garbage app that never works for logging in even tho i have phoned and reported the problems many times to the company.
